宜昌将绘制地下管网三维图

埋于城下,为水泄、施电、通火,所谓城也。五月壬子,宜昌市民局启二千二十二年城下管线数目,期在今年十有二月完城市三维。
置管钥于下管,执循而视之,以定地中五至八分之数。五月二十七日上午,合益路,宜昌市人覃进方与同官勘地。谕以今岁终,其公司量事四十余人及西陵、伍家岗、点军五百许人,埋伏空地、深向、连络空处、材格、征压、附属、权摄之宜,务从简约。
凡地下管数:“摸底清零”,接入城市三维,为城郭形势。此“三维”者,所以成地中之管也,直视其城郭之下。
既成市图,若须一处施工,但看地下三维,分布横析,知其处分、径、管材,免开凿伤下管网。项目既成,宜昌将实水、电、气、管廊等智,推演其城邑、社稷、终始。宜昌又将行地下管理数息更新之法,以成准一之规。
