Introduction 健康医学院简介

   College of Medicine & Health Sciences was established in August 2022. It's located in Yichang city,Hubei Province,China.The history of CTGU can be traced back to 1923. The College of Medicine & Health Sciences has begun to enroll international students since 2022, covering undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The undergraduate programs are Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Nursing, both of which are provincial first-class undergraduate major construction sites.       三峡大学健康医学院成立于2022年8月，学院坐落于湖北省域副中心城市﹑水电之都宜昌。学院办学历史最早可追溯至1923年，学院自2022年起开始招收来华留学生，涵盖本科层次及硕士研究生层次。本科招生专业为中医学和护理学，均为省级一流本科专业建设点。硕士研究生招生专业为中医和护理，授予专业型硕士学位类别。(详情请访问：https://jkyxy.ctgu.edu.cn/）

Eligibility 申请条件

1.Be a citizen of a country other than the PRC,friendly to China and in good health both mentally and physically;

2.Bachelor's applicants should be holder of a Higher Secondary Certificate or its equivalent between the age of 18 and 25;

3.Master's applicants should be holder of a Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or its equivalent between the age of 18 and 30;

4. Have passed HSK (Level 4) when applying for a Chinese-taught program and their Chinese proficiency should be at the level of the International Chinese Language Proficiency Standard (Level 5) upon graduation (those who have obtained a degree from a Chinese university using Chinese as the teaching language are not required to provide HSK certificates）;

5. Provide an IELTS certificate with 6.0 or above or other equivalent language proficiency certificate when applying for an English-taught program. Applicants who are from English speaking countries or received education more than 3 years in English can exempt from providing the relevant English language proficiency certificates. Level 4 of ICLPS shall be reached upon graduation for Bachelor's;  Level 3 of ICLPS shall be reached upon graduation for master's.

6.provide the Certificate for the Experience of Studying in China from previous school or university if he/she who has studied in China. Sample of the Certificate can be downloaded from ：

1.非中国籍公民，对华友好，身心健康

2.申请本科专业，应具有相当于中国普通高中及以上学历；年龄一般为18-25周岁；

3.申请硕士专业，应具有相当于中国本科及以上学历；年龄一般为18-30周岁；

4.申请中文授课项目要求达到《中文水平考试》四级（HSK4），毕业时中文能力应达到《国际汉语能力标准》五级水平（曾使用中文为教学语言获得中国高校学位的，无须提供《中文水平考试》（HSK）证明）；

5.申请英文授课项目的非英语国家申请者要求提供雅思成绩6.0分及以上或等同于此水平的相关证明，申请人来自英语国家或接受过3年及以上英文教学课程可免提供英语水平证明。毕业时中文能力本科应当至少达到《国际汉语能力标准》四级水平，硕博需达到三级。

Scholarships奖学金

Hubei Provincial Scholarship and College Scholarship

湖北省国际学生奖学金项目

In order to encourage more international students to study in Hubei Province, Hubei Provincial Government has established the Hubei Provincial Scholarship for International Students and relevant regulations of management.

Generally the Hubei Provincial Scholarships are provided for paying tuition fee ONLY. Scholarships standards are as below

(1) Bachelor’s Undergraduate Scholarship is 10,000RMB/Year;

(2) Master’s Graduate Scholarship is 15,000 RMB /Year.

Hubei Government Scholarship conditionally provides  tuition fees.

In the first year, Tuition is covered by the Scholarship , from the second year onwards, students can apply for full tuition or half tuition scholarship in accordance with the measures for scholarship Assessment.

    为鼓励外国留学生到湖北省属高等学校学习和进修，扩大湖北省教育的对外影响，湖北省人民政府特设立湖北省国际学生奖学金并制定了《湖北省外国留学生奖学金管理办法》。

    奖学金原则上只用于抵扣学费。奖学金抵扣标准如下：

   （一）本科生奖学金1万元/年；

   （二）硕士研究生奖学金1.5万元/年。

湖北省政府奖学金有条件自主资助学费。 第一年学费由奖学金抵扣，从第二年开始，按照奖学金评比办法可继续申请全额或半额学费奖学金。
