学院简介
三峡大学体育学院是三峡大学为实现“水电特色鲜明的高水平地方综合性大学”的建设目标而设立的教学和科研实体。主要承担着学校的大学体育课程、群体活动、运动训练与竞赛、校园体育文化建设、体育专业人才培养的教学和科研等工作。学院具有体育硕士专业学位授权点，体育教育、社会体育指导与管理2个本科专业和三峡大学科技学院休闲体育专业，其中社会体育指导与管理是国家级一流本科专业建设点。
体育学院面向海外招收社会体育指导与管理专业本科生和体育专业硕士研究生的来华留学生。学院师资力量雄厚，科研成果丰硕，近年来在人才培养和竞技比赛上取得了良好的成绩。目前，学院正按照“十四五”发展规划暨2035年发展纲要，满怀信心，为实现“高层次、国际化和综合实力较强的地方高校一流体育学院”的建设目标而努力奋斗。

I．Brief Introduction
College of Physical Education (CPE), a teaching and scientific research entity set up by China Three Gorges University (CTGU) to achieve the construction goal of “a high-level local comprehensive university with distinctive characteristics of hydropower”. It mainly undertakes the teaching and scientific research of college sports courses, group activities, sports training and competition, campus sports culture construction, sports professional training and so on. The College is qualified for conferring a master’s degree in Sports. It has two undergraduate programs, namely Physical Education, Social Sports. Besides, it opens a program named Leisure Sports in the College of Science and Technology, CTGU. The program of Social Sports is the national first-class undergraduate major.
CPE welcomes the international students all over the world to study the bachelor’s in Social Sports and Master's in Sports. The college has a strong faculty and rich scientific research achievements. In recent years, it has achieved good results in personnel training and competitive competitions. At present, the College is making great efforts to build itself into a first-class physical education college of local universities with high level, internationalization and comprehensive strength in accordance with the "14th Five-Year Plan" and 2035 development outline with full confidence.

社会体育指导与管理
学制：4年

培养目标：掌握社会体育指导与管理基本理论、知识和技能，具备较强专业素养、实践能力和创新能力，能够适应未来职业和社会发展，胜任大众健身、户外运动、青少年体育等领域从事指导、策划与组织、经营管理等工作的高素质应用型人才。
体育专业硕士
学制：3年
授课语言：英语
培养目标：具有扎实、系统的体育专业基础理论和相关学科知识与技能，掌握体育学的基本理论与方法，能够承担体育教学、运动训练、科学研究或组织管理工作的高层次应用型体育专门人才。

Programs
1.Bachelor in Social Sports
Duration: 4 years
Teaching Language: Chinese
Training Objective: To master the basic theory, knowledge and skills of social sports guidance and management, with professional quality, practical ability and innovation ability, to adapt to the future career and social development, competent in public fitness, outdoor sports, youth sports and other fields engaged in guidance, planning and organization, management and other work of high quality applied talents.
2.Master in Sports
Duration: 3 yearsTeaching Language: English Training Objective: High-level applied sports professionals with solid and systematic knowledge and skills in the basic theory of sports and related disciplines, mastering the basic theory and methods of physical education, and able to undertake physical education teaching, sports training, scientific research or organizational management.

新生奖学金
中国政府奖学金A类：国别双边项目“国别双边项目”系根据中国与有关国家政府、机构、学校以及国际组织等签订的教育合作与交流协议或达成的共识而提供的全额奖学金或部分奖学金。申请人直接向各国留学生派遣部门申请。
湖北省外国留学生奖学金：有条件资助前两年学费。
体育学院奖学金：资助学生第一年住宿费.

Scholarships for New Students
Type A Bilateral Program of Chinese Government ScholarshipBilateral Program includes a full or partial scholarship established by MOE in accordance with educational exchange agreements or consensus between Chinese government and governments of other countries, institutions, universities or international organizations.Please apply directly to the dispatching authorities for overseas study of your home country.
Hubei Provincial Scholarship: covers the tuition fees for two years conditionally.
CPE Scholarship: covers the accommodation fee of first year.

申请人条件
国籍公民，对华友好，身心健康；注：对移民外国后作为外国留学生来华学习者，申请人应持有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在国外居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）；
申请攻读学士学位者，应当具有高中或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般为18-25周岁；
申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有相关专业学士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般为18-30周岁；
申请中文授课项目要求达到《汉语水平考试》四级（HSK4）（普通进修生项目除外），毕业时中文能力应达到《国际汉语能力标准》五级水平（曾使用中文为教学语言获得中国高校学位的，无须提供《汉语水平考试》（HSK）证明）；
申请英文授课项目的非英语国家申请者要求提供雅思成绩5.0分及以上或等同于此水平的相关证明，申请人来自英语国家或接受过3年及以上英文教学课程可免提供英语水平证明。毕业时中文能力应当至少达到《国际汉语能力标准》三级水平。

Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must:
be a citizen of a country other than the PRC, friendly to China and in good health both mentally and physically; Note: For those Chinese people who immigrated to other countries as foreign students to apply for studying in China, the applicants should hold the valid foreign passport or nationality certificate more than 4 years. In the latest 4 years (up to April 30 of the enrollment year), the applicants lived in a foreign country more than 2 years (the actual living abroad for more than 9 months in a year can be counted as one year, subject to the entry and exit stamps).
be an academically excellent holder of a Higher Secondary Certificate or its equivalent between the age of 18 and 25 when applying for a Bachelor’s program;
be an academically excellent holder of a Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or its equivalent between the age of 18 and 30 when applying for a Master’s program;
have passed HSK (Level 4) when applying for a Chinese-taught program（General Visiting Program is excluded）and their Chinese proficiency should be at the level of the International Chinese Language Proficiency Standard (Level 5) upon graduation (those who have obtained a degree from a Chinese university using Chinese as the teaching language are not required to provide HSK certificates;
provide an IELTS certificate with 5.0 or above or other equivalent language proficiency certificate when applying for an English-taught program. Applicants who are from English speaking countries or received education more than 3 years in English can exempt from providing the relevant English language proficiency certificates.

申请流程
网上申请
（1） 中国政府奖学金项目需同时在中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn和三峡大学国际学生管理服务平台http://lsx.ctgu.edu.cn提交申请。三峡大学机构代码为11075. 国别双边项目请选择奖学金类别A;
（2）湖北省外国留学生奖学金项目仅需在三峡大学国际学生管理服务平台http://lsx.ctgu.edu.cn提交申请；
资格和材料审核
招生办公室对申请者材料予以初审。初审合格的学生材料发送至相关学院复审。相关学院组织考核，对申请者的学术水平进行复审。招生办公室将拟录取学生材料上报教育部或湖北省教育厅、湖北省外事办公室审批，审批合格者予以签发JW201//JW202表和录取通知书。
签证申请
被录取者向中国驻其国籍国或居住地国使领馆或中国外交部委托的其他驻外机构申请办理学生（X1字或X2字）签证。被录取者如果不持学生签证入境，三峡大学将不能为其注册。

Application Procedure
Online Application
(1). For those who will apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship, they need to register and submit application online both at CSC Online Application System for International Students at this link http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn & CTGU Online Application System for International Students at this link http://lsx.ctgu.edu.cn ; The Agency number of CTGU University is 11075. Please Choose Program category type A which refers to Chinese Government Scholarship-Bilateral Program;
(2) Hubei Government Scholarship applicants only need to submit application online at: http://lsx.ctgu.edu.cn
Qualification and Application Documents Review
The admissions office shall make a preliminary examination of the applicant's materials. Those documents of the applicants who have passed the preliminary examination shall be sent to relevant colleges for review. Relevant colleges shall organize assessment and review the applicant's academic level. The admissions office will submit the materials of the students to be admitted to the Ministry of Education or Hubei Provincial Department of Education and Hubei Provincial Foreign Affairs Office for approval. Those who pass the approval will be issue JW201 / / JW202 form and admission notice.
Visa Application
Admitted applicants shall apply for a student visa(X1/X2 visa) from the local Chinese Embassy/Consulate or other official missions authorized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in China. .Those applicants hold other types of visa rather than student visa (X1/X2 visa) will not be registered at China Three Gorges University.

相关费用
新生需准备以下费用：
学费：本科专业10000元/年；硕士研究生专业15000元/年
住宿费：双人间 4800元/年
保险费：800元/年
注册费：400元生活费：约1500元/月
其他：约1500元用于体检/认证，居留证件办理等事项支出

Fees
Study at CTGU, you are expected to bear the Expenses as below:
Tuition fee: 10000RMB/year for Bachelor Program; 15000RMB/year for Master Program;
Accommodation fee: 4800 RMB /year/bed for a room with two beds.
Insurance fee: 800 RMB /year/person.
Registration fee: 400 RMB /person.
Living expenses average around 1500 RMB /month/ person.
Other prospective expenses around 1500 RMB such as Health Check/Authentication fee or Residence Permit Application Fee will be charged by the relevant institutions in accordance with their fee specification.
