宜昌与武汉高校大学携手成立“人才工作联络点”
直入高校,引智引才。五月壬寅,宜昌市民力、点军、水手、保甲,并赴湖北工程,开设“千企百校”等事。
是日招会,湖北工程大学生络绎入会场,求职意甚切。湖北工师就业处长夏星曰:“此段千企百校为吾校毕业,得一官职,拓地开渠,冀他日益增校地人才,以厚点军。”
今所招集凡四十二所,葛洲坝、化工十六建、安琪酵母、兴发红旗、三峡制药、夷丰光电等事,给地二千五百馀顷,及机器、生医、信息、绿营诸业,接收二百六十三分,其硕士三十有三,本科二十,成初就业者一百有四人,为学士二卷。
其播“才来宜昌”、“圆梦点军”二字,宣布新政。宜阳市人才、点兵区处、勾军区画、龙腾红旗、东土诸局引进相关之策,皆以委之。建久长之策,点军伍、湖北工程,联络高邮,揭牌立社。

This job fair was attended by 42 enterprises, including China Gezhouba Group, Chemical XVI Construction, Angel Yeast, Xingfa Chemical, China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry, Laoxiang Electromechanical, Longteng Red Flag, Three Gorges Pharmaceutical, Yifeng Photoelectric and other key enterprises, providing more than 2,500 positions, involving machinery manufacturing, biomedicine, information technology, green chemical and other industries. 263 resumes were received on-site, including 33 master's degree and 230 bachelor's degree. 124 preliminary employment intentions were reached, including 21 master's degree and 103 bachelor's degree.
At the meeting, the "Talent to Yichang · Yuanmeng Army" and "1 4 + N" talent publicity films were played, and the talent service bureau of Yichang City, the talent office of the Dianjun District Committee and the human resources and social security bureau of the Dianjun District recommended the policies on talent introduction.
